5. Promotional Use

We may:

Share clips across platforms

Collaborate with your social profiles

Use your name, likeness, and business information for marketing

6. Communications Consent

By submitting your application, you agree to receive:

Emails

Calls

Text messages (including automated or AI-generated)

You may opt out at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and podcast materials are owned by Pineda Co and may not be copied or used without permission.
